Forte Property Management is a privately owned, property management company offering professional services in the fields of Body Corporate administration and commercial / industrial property management.
Forte was formed 10 years ago as a subsidiary of the well known, Auckland based development entity, The Location Group, to manage the latter's properties, both pre and post development, and from word of mouth, has grown into a medium sized business, servicing both its parent and third party clients without losing its personal touch.
The Executive Director, Barbara Macpherson, has many years of hands-on experience, having being in the property management business for 30 years. The business remains abreast of current and proposed changes in all areas of legislation affecting property owners through its network of professional advisors.
In combining experience with knowledge of the ever changing legal landscape, Forte remains committed to the efficient management of all forms of property in order to maximise rental returns and ultimately, capital value to its clients.
Notwithstanding the above, however, Forte's point of difference is that although it has scale, the Executive Director prides herself on getting to know all her owners and tenants personally. This enables her to maintain a "finger on the pulse" of the various relationships between Landlords and Tenants, often avoiding potential conflicts before they arise.
