Background

The Bushglen project was originally purchased as a long term investment and to be operated as a motel.  Following the motel lease expiry, the Group assumed control of the motel.  Consents were obtained to add three, new, stand alone houses and convert the existing units to permanent residential units, on separate, freehold strata titles.

The sales programme began late last year and only one unit remains for sale.

Complete external refurbishment of the property is complete and several units have been refurbished internally.  This has provided our buyers with the option to either purchase in an "as is" condition internally or as completely redecorated units.  For further information on specs and costs of any such refurbishment, please ring Grant on 027 494 2198.

One unit remains available and to date, no refurbishment work has started. Thus, any buyer can purchase the unit at a discount, and undertake preferred refurbishment work as and when desired. Alternatively the unit is offered for sale in a fully refurbished state.
