DEVELOPER BACKGROUND
The Location Group of Companies is a private development and investment organisation, owned jointly by Mr Roy Richardson and Mr Mark Weipers. The two partners bring approximately fifty seven years of real estate industry experience to the task of conceptualising and completing quality development projects.
The Group has been established for approximately thirty six years and the wide ranging development activities undertaken during that time has created a wealth of expertise and knowledge that enables the Group to provide a professional service to clients requiring property solutions in today’s economic environment.

Location's primary business focus is on working alongside corporate clients in a consultative role to assist them to analyse / understand their accommodation requirements and then to deliver an appropriate solution in a cost effective and timely manner.

Location is also well known in the marketplace for completing quality refurbishment projects in both the industrial and commercial sectors. Typically, such projects involve a change of use(s) with strata title, final ownership.

Historically, Location has completed a large number of residential developments, both in the terrace housing and high rise apartment sectors. The focus now is on utilising that experience in creating mixed use buildings, incorporating both living and working environments. |

Location has previously provided accommodation solutions for, amongst other corporates, Burger King, Pacific Retail Group, Kimberley Clarke, Allied Pickfords, ANZ Banking Group, Mitre 10, Moore Gallagher NZ, Automobile Association, Paykel Engineering, Steel and Tube Holdings, Progressive Enterprises Limited, Penguin Books, Bridgestone Firestone and Estee Lauder.
The quality and robustness of Location’s previous development projects has attracted investment funds from a number of well respected New Zealand Institutional property investors such as New Zealand Guardian Trust, Property for Industry, Westfield Trust, the Dominion Property Fund and AMP Henderson Global Investors.
