On Thursday 1 September 2016, Location Group and Little Projects hosted a special Commencement Celebration for owners, collaborators and contributors of Grace Victoria Quarter to mark the official launch of the construction program.

The Commencement Celebration was the perfect opportunity for owners to meet with their new neighbours and to mingle with the extensive team who will deliver this world-class new development.

Guests were treated to a state-of-the-art simulation of a wrecking ball smashing through a significant wall to reveal the breathtaking Grace rooftop overlooking the harbour.
