Over that time BNZ has provided finance facilities to the Location Group of Companies to assist them with the development of numerous (read more) residential and commercial projects principally in Auckland. The value of these projects have ranged from NZ$2.0m through to NZ$100.0m.
During our banking relationship Location Group have conducted their accounts to the BNZ’s entire satisfaction and have honoured all accounts and finance facilities within the terms agreed.
Mark Weipers, Roy Richardson and Chris Davies are held in high regard by the Bank, and we enjoy an excellent working relationship with them and consider that Location Group is unlikely to enter into any commitments they could not fulfil.
