2019 is off to a flying start at Grace Victoria Quarter with Macrennie continuing to work through internal fit-out of apartments on the upper levels. All internal walls and ceilings in the building have now been constructed.
The building is now 100% watertight, and glass balustrade installation is complete.
Kitchen installation has progressed up to level 3 and balcony tiling is underway up to level 2, while painting and plasterboard stopping is in progress to level 10.
We expect the scaffold on the facade to be removed midway through this month, revealing Grace’s full architectural form for the first time.
