Stage 2 of the EMA redevelopment is well underway, with demolition work recently having been completed with the project now starting to come out of the ground. Macrennie Commercial Construction have again been tasked with delivering this project. As part of the project’s overall design, the existing warehouse portal frames are being retained at the back of the site to form the structure that will house the conference facilities for EMA. The steel portals, which date back to the 1900’s, were shipped from Scotland and will be an impressive feature in the courtyard space.
